Designed specifically for the small business and remote office market, the DL710 ADSL2+ Router ™ is an all-in-one device with integrated ADSL modem, four-port auto-sensing Ethernet switch, stateful inspection firewall, WLAN access point, QoS capabilities, VPN functionality, and Voice over IP capabilities.

The DL710 ADSL2+ Router is compliant with all major ADSL standards (ADSL, ADSL2, ADSL2+, RE ADSL, and ADSL2+ Annex M), which enables customers to migrate to the newer standards once they become available without having to “forklift-upgrade” their existing equipment.

Even though both residential and business users are taking advantage of the same access technology, their access device requirements are very different. Quick Eagle Networks’ DL710 ADSL2+ Router addresses these special requirements, which is reflected not only in the fact that the device comes in a metal enclosure, but also in its feature-richness.

Features such as Quality of Service for traffic prioritization and bandwidth management, secure Virtual Private Network (VPN) capabilities with a powerful 3DES acceleration, stateful inspection firewall, and sophisticated management and diagnostic tools differentiate the DL710 from common residential ADSL equipment.

The built-in VPN capabilities for instance allow users to make a tunnel with a remote site directly to secure the data transmission among the connection. Users can use embedded PPTP and L2TP client/server, IKE and IPSec, which are supported by the DL710 to make a VPN connection or the users can run the PPTP client on their PC and the DL710 already provides IPSec and PPTP pass through function to establish a VPN connection if the user likes to run the PPTP client on their local computer.

With an integrated 802.11g wireless access point, the DL710 offers a quick and easy access among wired networks, wireless networks and broadband connection (ADSL) with single device simplicity, and as a result, mobility to the end users. In addition to 54 Mbps 802.11g data rate, the DL710 also interoperates backward with existing 802.11b equipment. The Wireless Protected Access (WPA) and Wireless Encryption Protocol (WEP) supported features enhance the security level of data protection and access control via Wireless LAN.

Along with the built-in NAT natural firewall feature, the DL710 also provides advanced hacker pattern-filtering protection. The units can automatically detect and block Denial of Service (DoS) attacks. The DL710 comes with Stateful Packet Inspection (SPI) to determine if a data packet is allowed through the firewall to the private LAN.

The DL710 ADSL2+ Router’s Quality of Service capabilities give you full control over which types of outgoing data traffic should be given priority by the DL710, ensuring important data like video stream, customer information, or management information move through the router at lightning speed, even under heavy load.

The DL710 ADSL2+ Router comes with two FXS ports and one FXO port, which enables cost-effective, toll-quality voice calls over the Internet. It complies with the most popular industrial standard, SIP, to ensure the interoperability with SIP devices and major VoIP gateways. The DL710 supports call waiting, silence suppression, voice activity detection (VAD), comfort noise generation (CNG), line echo cancellation, caller ID (Bell 202, V3), and more. The FXO port can be used to transmit inbound and outbound calls through PSTN. In this case, you can receive traditional phone calls from PSTN while enjoying VoIP call services at the same time.

In addition, the DL710 Router supports ADSL2+ Annex M, which doubles the upstream data rates. With this new feature, Telcos can create and offer business subscribers a symmetrical data service of up to 2.5Mbps, therefore providing businesses with a low-cost alternative to T1/E1 or G.SHDSL data services. Quick Eagle also offers a special firmware to support TR-069 auto-configuration systems.

The DL710 ADSL2+ Router has been tested for interoperability with major DSLAM vendors such as Alcatel, Cisco, ECI, Siemens, Fujitsu/Westell, Marconi, Lucent, AFC, Occam, Calix, etc.

High-performing, feature-rich, secure, and easy to use, Quick Eagle’s DL710 ADSL2+ Router is the best choice for small business and remote office needs.
