A two-year warranty is standard on Quick Eagle Networks
products. During the first three months Quick Eagle Networks will replace
defective equipment at no charge. During the remainder of the warranty period,
Quick Eagle Networks will repair defective products at no charge. However, a
diagnostic charge may be applied if Quick Eagle Networks test engineers
determine that the returned product was not defective.
For all customers that did not take advantage of our
Extended Warranty
option, out-of-warranty repair is available at a per-incident flat rate.
Turnaround time for those repairs averages 10 working days or less.
The customer is responsible for shipping charges back to factory and Quick
Eagle Networks will cover shipping charges (excluding duties and taxes)
back to the customer.
