Worldwide On-site Maintenance services are available as an annual contract
on a per serial number basis. Customers with an On-site Maintenance agreement
can call our technical support staff, depending on the type of contract, either
Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., or 24 hours a day, seven
days a week, 365 days per year to discuss their problem.
If it is decided that a Quick Eagle product is defective, or on-site testing
is required, a local service engineer is dispatched. The local engineer will
arrive at the site within four hours with spares and test equipment. The
local engineer will work with the Quick Eagle technical support engineer to
determine the problem. If the Quick Eagle product is defective, it will be
replaced.
Worldwide On-site Maintenance contracts are provided with a guaranteed four
hour response time within fifty miles/km of Quick Eagle’s (core) service
centers. Worldwide On-site Maintenance is also available outside the
50 miles/km range for an additional cost. |
