British customers and end users wishing to participate in the product collection and recycling process, agree that it is their responsibility to package and transport applicable WEEE to one of the designated collection locations.

Please note that the transport of WEEE needs to be managed by a licensed waste carrier. Please check with your freight carrier if they are a licensed waste carrier before making your arrangements.

The customer agrees to relinquish ownership, title and or any legal/financial claim to the equipment. The transfer of ownership will take place at the point the goods are passed to Quick Eagle or an agent such as our designated collection location.

Once the WEEE is collected, Quick Eagle will work with our designated supplier to assure that the latest available technologies and methods are used to safely and efficiently recycle the products, and that as much reusable materials are recovered as possible.
