QUICK EAGLE NETWORKS EARNS ACCOLADES IN CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SURVEY

World-class satisfaction rating for ten straight years

MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA – April 26, 2007 - Quick Eagle Networks, Inc., a leading provider of integrated WAN access solutions, today announced that it earned 93.5 percent satisfaction rating indicative of world-class customers service. The results demonstrate Quick Eagle’s service excellence in providing one of the highest levels of customer satisfaction in the telecommunications industry.

Quick Eagle, in conjunction with Questionpro.com, has completed its 10th annual customer satisfaction study designed to gather information from customers and partners on their opinions and perceptions of the company and its products. To accomplish these goals, Quick Eagle conducted an online survey that was administered to current customers and partners during the months of March and April 2007. The data was then tabulated, analyzed, and reported.

"Customers ranked Quick Eagle as among the best in class vendors across all categories in our Customer Service and Support survey, with special distinction in the category of phone support where Quick Eagle performed much better than its competitors," said Naresh C. "Quick Eagle’s consistent performance with regards to phone and email support is impressive in an area where customers have become particularly demanding. At the end, our customer service and product reliability is what distinguishes us from our competitors in the eyes of our customers and partners."

Some of this year’s achievements are:

  • 93.5 percent of the survey participants were “very satisfied” with Quick Eagle
  • 83.6 percent of customers felt Quick Eagle will be “very able” to meet their future needs
  • Nearly 90 percent of Quick Eagle’s customers said they would recommend Quick Eagle to colleagues and 89 percent said that they plan to continue to do business with Quick Eagle in the near future
  • Within the various key customer interaction areas evaluated by the survey, Quick Eagle’s performance was rated good to excellent in all areas surveyed. Customers reported being most satisfied with maintenance contracts.
  • When asked, “what factors were considered most important when you chose to buy from Quick Eagle?” the majority of customers in the survey considered “price/value” and “reliability” as the most important factors.

The study surveyed 151 mid-size to large companies in North America, Asia, and Europe and covered the satisfaction levels with on-site support (break/fix), remote support services (phone, email, and Web support), hardware deployment, software support and training services.
