The following information is an overview of the benefits currently available to Quick Eagle employees. Our unique cafeteria-style benefit program allows you to pick the type and level of benefits that meet your individual needs.

Medical / Dental / Vision

Quick Eagle offers three choices of medical coverage:

  • Blue Cross HMO Premium
  • Blue Cross PPO/Blue Card
  • Kaiser Permanente HMO

Dental coverage available is administered through Assurant.

Vision coverage is provided through VSP.



Flexible Spending Account

This is an IRS sanctioned plan that allows employees to set aside pre-tax salary to use for qualified healthcare and/or dependent care expenses. Maximums are currently up to $2,000 for healthcare and up to $5,000 for dependent care.

Life Insurance

Quick Eagle provides an amount equal to an employee's annual salary in basic life insurance. The same amount is provided in accidental death and dismemberment insurance. There is no cost for these coverages.

Short-term Disability

As a supplement to applicable state disability insurance, Quick Eagle provides a company-funded short-term disability benefit. This program provides a benefit amount if an employee is unable to work due to illness or injury.

Long-term Disability

Quick Eagle offers two choices of long-term disability plans:

  • Standard plan which is at no cost to the employee with benefits of 50% income replacement up to a $2,000 monthly maximum benefit

  • Premium plan which is an enhanced plan paid for by the employee with benefits of 60% income replacement up to a $10,000 monthly maximum benefit


Paid Time Off

Quick Eagle offers a paid time off (PTO) program that combines traditional vacation and sick benefits into one account. The PTO plan is designed to allow employees flexibility in scheduling time off for relaxation and for taking care of personal issues. PTO accrual rates and maximums increase based on years of service.

Holidays

Quick Eagle provides employees with 10 days per year of paid time off for holidays. Holiday schedules are published prior to the beginning of each calendar year. Specific dates may vary from year to year depending on business needs.

401(k) Plan

The Quick Eagle 401(k) Plan allows employees to generally defer a portion of their pre-tax qualified salary into a 401(k) account earmarked for investment and retirement. This plan is immediately available to all regular employees. Note: the IRS sets certain limits to annual amounts contributed to the plan.
