This is an IRS sanctioned plan that allows employees to set
aside pre-tax salary to use for qualified healthcare and/or
dependent care expenses. Maximums are currently up to $2,000
for healthcare and up to $5,000 for dependent care.
Quick Eagle provides an amount equal to an employee's annual
salary in basic life insurance. The same amount is provided
in accidental death and dismemberment insurance. There is
no cost for these coverages.
As a supplement to applicable state disability insurance,
Quick Eagle provides a company-funded short-term disability
benefit. This program provides a benefit amount if an employee
is unable to work due to illness or injury.
Quick Eagle offers two choices of long-term disability plans:
- Standard plan which is at no cost to the employee with
benefits of 50% income replacement up to a $2,000 monthly
maximum benefit
- Premium plan which is an enhanced plan paidfor by the
employee with benefits of 60% income replacement up to a
$10,000 monthlymaximum benefit
